Lexa Holmes

Lexa Holmes is an experienced professional with a background in business development, sales management, and client relations. At Floor & Decor, Lexa held the roles of Business Development Manager and Design Consultant in January 2023. Previous experience includes serving as Sales Manager at Warby Parker from July 2018 to August 2021, where strong KPIs and customer conversion were maintained during the COVID-19 pandemic, along with overseeing store operations. Additionally, Lexa worked as Client Relations Manager at The Smart Circle from September 2012 to July 2018, where responsibilities included managing sales training, visual merchandising, and pioneering a new retail division in the DFW territory. Lexa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Tarleton State University, achieved with a 4.0 GPA, and also studied at Texas State University-San Marcos from 2010 to 2012.
