Wayne Lin

Wayne Lin has over 14 years of work experience, starting in 2007 at C.H. Robinson. Wayne held various roles at C.H. Robinson, including Transportation Sales, Account Manager, Business Technology Representative, and Operations Supervisor. In 2014, Wayne joined Floor & Decor, where they progressed from Global Sourcing & Compliance Analyst to Supplier Compliance Manager, then Supplier Compliance Director, and currently serves as the Global Trade & Supplier Compliance Sr. Director.

Wayne Lin completed their Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Marketing at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. Wayne also obtained a certification as a Licensed US Customs Broker from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection in 2013.
