Jen Fickling

Jen Fickling has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Jen started their career as a Middle School Teacher and Coach at the Independent School District 196 in 1998. From there, they moved into the insurance industry, working as a Regional Vice President at Aegon, where they opened and developed four regional sales offices. Following their time at Aegon, they joined American Marketing & Publishing, LLC as a District Sales Manager, where they recruited, trained, and evaluated a sales team of up to 26 representatives. Jen then transitioned to their role as an Independent Consultant, working as a Sales Representative. Currently, they are the Director of Sales at FLOOR360, where they oversee the sales operations.

Jen Fickling obtained their Master's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, which they completed between 1992 and 1996.
