Richard Eduardo Martinez Toppi

Richard E Martinez Toppi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Richard E started their career in 1999 at Cooperativa Yvapovó Ltda. as an Auxiliar Técnico - Desarrollo, where they worked until December 2004. Richard E then joined Telenet S.R.L as a Programador from October 2005 to June 2006.

In 2006, Richard joined Inmobiliaria Del Este S.A as Jefe de Inteligencia de Negocios before taking on the role of BI Analyst and Jefe de Programacion. Richard E worked in this position until September 2021. During their time at Inmobiliaria Del Este S.A, Richard was responsible for data analysis, modeling, simulation, optimization, decision-making, and learning analysis. Richard E also had experience with IBM Cognos for business intelligence development and administration and developed applications using Genexus 9.

In 2016, Richard began working as a Consultor Superior en Inteligencia Empresarial at Grupo Bahía and then joined Floorfy in October 2017 as their Country Product Manager. Richard E worked at Floorfy until 2018 when they joined Wheele Electric Vehicles as the Country Product Manager. At Wheele Electric Vehicles, Richard specialized in sustainable electric mobility products such as electric bicycles, motorcycles, scooters, and tricycles.

More recently, Richard joined URBA Inmobiliaria S.A in September 2021 as their Gerente de TI. Richard E held this position until May 2023.

Richard E Martinez Toppi has a diverse education history. Richard E obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Data Modeling and Database Administration from the Universidad Autónoma de Asunción, where they studied from 2001 to 2010. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Financial Administration and Management from the Autónoma de Asunción, which they completed between 2015 and 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Richard has also obtained various certifications. Richard E became certified as a Performance Analyst in Soccer by CONMEBOL in April 2022. Richard E earned a certification in Developing Emotional Intelligence from LinkedIn in September 2020. In April 2020, they obtained a certification in Hacking the Mind and Regaining Control over Stress, also from LinkedIn. Richard has also received certifications in Internal Audit of ISO 9001:2015 and Introduction to ISO 9001:2015 from SGS in June 2018. Lastly, in May 2010, they became a Certified Quality Manager for ISO 9001 through the Paraguayan Association for Quality.
