Randy Baer

Randy Baer is a highly experienced financial executive, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Flooring Partners since April 2016. Previously, Randy held the CFO position at Carpet Fair Inc. dba Next Day Floors, where full financial and administrative responsibilities were managed for a $35 million flooring company. Prior roles include Vice President of Finance at Kampack Inc., where Randy enhanced the accounting and finance group’s reputation and credibility. As an independent consultant, Randy successfully navigated subsidiaries through bankruptcy and executed company turnarounds in the packaging industry. Randy's career began as CFO at SPI Floors, LLC, and continued as VP Corporate Controller at Hoboken Floors. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore and a BS in Accounting from Biola University.
