Robert Fletcher

Robert Fletcher has an extensive background in the flooring business. Robert started their career at The Floor Trader in 2000, where they worked as a Flooring Consultant, Store Manager, and Director of Training. After 11 years, they joined richmond decorating center as a Flooring Sales Representative. In 2012, they became a Partner at Accent On Floors, a full-service flooring and carpet store. Finally, in 2014, Robert fulfilled their dream of owning their own flooring and carpet company called Flooring RVA. Robert aims to make it the dominant store in central Virginia.

Robert Fletcher attended Trinity Christian Academy from 1986 to 1994, where they completed their general education. From 1995 to 1999, they attended Essex High School and obtained a degree in General Business.
