Alex Pukos

Alex Pukos is currently the Director of Support at FloQast, where Alex launched key initiatives such as the Expert Services and Technical Solutions teams. Their role involves implementing a Digital Customer Success strategy, leading company-wide initiatives, and expanding career pathing within the Customer Success department. Prior to their current role, Alex served as Senior Manager and Manager of Support, as well as a Product Support Specialist. Alex also has experience as an Office Manager at FloQast and as a District Executive at Boy Scouts of America. Alex is currently a Member at CS Angel, where Alex invests in startups focused on improving Net Revenue Retention. Alex holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University at Buffalo.
