Matt Blake

Matt Blake is an accomplished software engineering manager with extensive experience in leadership and technical roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Software Engineering Manager at FloQast, Matt leads the AI workflow builder team. Previously, at Finch, Matt worked as a Developer Success Engineer, enhancing client engagement with the platform. Matt's tenure at Gusto included managing multiple teams within the Benefits product and Help Journey, where a new Technical Support Engineer role was established. As Technical Co-Founder and CTO at Cleo, Matt defined the technical strategy and oversaw successful product launches. Additionally, Matt held the position of Head of Engineering at ApplePie Capital, managing product launches and team development. With a background as Tech Lead at Indiegogo and Senior Developer at athenahealth, Matt has a proven track record in software development and team management. Matt is also a founding trustee of the Awesome Foundation for Arts and Sciences, contributing to innovative community projects. Matt holds a degree from Harvard University and is a graduate of Belmont High School.
