Abigail Collins

Abigail Collins is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with extensive experience in learning and development, organizational development, and performance management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Learning & Development and Organisational Development at Upfield since October 2019, Abigail focuses on diversity, equity, inclusion, engagement, and talent management. Prior to Upfield, Abigail held several key roles at Unilever, including HR Learning Manager and Global Leadership Development Manager, where the emphasis was on enhancing HR practices and developing talent. Abigail's career began as an HR Advisor at MGPA Limited and as a Partner HR Assistant at Linklaters. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Occupational Psychology from Cardiff University and a Full CIPD diploma, complemented by various certifications in occupational testing and personality assessment.
