Berkay Ayan

Berkay Ayan is an experienced electrical engineer currently serving as the Assistant Electrical Maintenance Manager at Flora Food Group since July 2024. Prior to this role, Berkay worked as an Electrical and Automation Maintenance Engineer at Modern Karton from October 2019 to July 2024. Berkay gained valuable experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and intern at ITU Fuat Külünk High Voltage Laboratory in the summer of 2019, contributing to a TUBITAK funded project. Earlier in 2017, Berkay completed an internship at ENGIE, focusing on operation and maintenance within the Electrical and C&I Departments. Berkay holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and has also studied at DTU - Technical University of Denmark in 2018.
