Diana Matusiak

Diana Matusiak has over a decade of experience in finance, currently serving as the Finance Performance Manager for Central & Southeastern Europe at Upfield since December 2019, after holding roles such as Commercial Finance Manager and Commercial Finance Controller. Prior experience includes functioning as the Finance Controller for CEE at Ubisoft, where responsibilities encompassed leading month-end closing in accordance with IFRS and managing complex budgeting and forecasting for a Polish subsidiary. Before Ubisoft, Diana worked at LOTTE Wedel Sp. z o.o., starting as a Junior Financial Control Specialist and progressing to a Financial Analyst role, focusing on month-end closing and cost budget management. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Warsaw, along with an Erasmus Exchange Programme in Business Administration at Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, and a Bachelor's degree from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie.
