Currently serving as Regional CEO for Latin America at Flora Food Group and as a member of the Advisory Board for Aerolíneas Ejecutivas Across, Holtz has driven growth and innovation in plant-based nutrition. Previous roles include Chief Executive Officer at Aeromar, where strategic turnaround initiatives were implemented, and President & CEO at Laureate International Universities, overseeing the largest private university network in Mexico. Holtz has held significant positions at Monsanto Company, focusing on national brands and strategic accounts in the U.S. and leading efforts in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
