Jonathan Almeida is a seasoned professional in process engineering, currently serving as the Process R&D Manager (ScMM SME - Global Engineering) at Flora Food Group since August 2019. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked as a Process Engineer at Flora Food Group Canada, focusing on continuous improvement in waste reduction and line performance, achieving significant efficiencies through self-learning in industrial automation. Jonathan began his career as a WCM Intern at Unilever, where responsibilities included processing substantial weekly data to calculate Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for multiple production lines. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto, earned in 2019.
