Marta Tomasik

Marta Tomasik has extensive experience in health and safety management, currently serving as Główny specjalista ds. BHP and Starszy Specjalista ds. BHP at Flora Food Group since September 2020. Responsibilities include ensuring production plans are met across five margarine production lines while adhering to quality standards, HACCP, and Food Defense requirements. Marta also supervises production staff, prepares team development plans, collaborates with project and innovation departments, analyzes current issues using WCM methods, and coordinates improvements for production lines. Additionally, since October 2023, Marta has held the position of Koordynator ds. ciągłego doskonalenia. Prior to Flora Food Group, Marta worked at Unilever from January 2011 to April 2018 as a Specjalista ds. BHP, where key roles included leading safety initiatives, conducting risk assessments, and managing OHSAS compliance. Marta holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from The Silesian University of Technology, obtained between 2005 and 2010.
