Michele Gerlack

Michele Gerlack is a seasoned corporate communications specialist with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Global Head of Internal Communications and Engagement at Flora Food Group since July 2018, Michele has successfully led impactful internal communications for a company with 4,000 associates across 95 countries, earning awards for employee engagement and in-house campaigns. Prior experience includes serving as Communications Manager for Unilever's Spreads Division, where Michele developed global PR strategies for iconic plant-based brands, and as PR Manager for Dairy Council UK, focusing on health and nutrition awareness. Earlier roles also encompassed communications management at South West Trains and journalism at the London Newspaper Group. Michele holds a BA Hons degree in Media and English from the University of Plymouth.
