Sudhanwa Lele

Sudhanwa Lele is a Product Technologist at Flora Food Group, commencing in April 2024, focusing on the development of next-generation plant-based and dairy cream cheese with improved nutritional profiles. Previously, Sudhanwa held roles in fermentation technology, working on enzyme solutions and rheological methods for various dairy products. An internship experience at NoPalm Ingredients involved researching substrates for oil production from sidestreams using yeasts, while an earlier internship at Mondelēz International provided foundational industry exposure. Sudhanwa completed a Master of Science in Food Science from Wageningen University & Research in 2023, following a Bachelor of Technology in Food Science and Technology from the Institute of Chemical Technology and a high school diploma from The Kelkar Education Trusts Vinayak Ganesh Vaze College.
