Charlie Mynard

Charlie Mynard (nee Crew) is an experienced charity recruiter and consultant currently serving as a Trustee at Behind Closed Doors and a Director at Charity Horizons since May 2020. Co-founding Charity Horizons with Leanne Roberts, Charlie has dedicated expertise in connecting individuals to their ideal roles while assisting charities in developing their teams. With prior experience as a Director of Recruitment at Floral Image and a Charities Specialist Recruiter at Eden Brown, Charlie has a strong background in the charity and not-for-profit sector. Previous roles include Committee Member at the Institute of Fundraising and Retail Business Manager at Camelot, with a focus on sales revenue and charitable contributions. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography from the University of Leeds.
