Arn Van Huyck currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Floralux Group, overseeing retail operations, purchasing, marketing, supply chain, and online initiatives since July 2020. In addition, Arn operates Change in Action, focusing on change management and digital transformation. Prior experience includes roles at Hanesbrands Inc. from July 2012 to February 2020, where notable positions encompassed General Manager for the UK & Ireland, driving digital transformation, and managing significant financial responsibilities, along with leading various teams in the Benelux region. Earlier career milestones include serving as Sales Director at Bolton Manitoba and multiple key account management and trade marketing roles at Henkel. Arn holds dual MBA degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and emlyon business school, along with a degree in Handelsingenieur from KU Leuven.
