Kimberley Gunther

Kimberley Gunther has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kimberley is currently the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at FloraTrace, Inc., where they focus on providing risk transfer and risk management solutions in supply chains with origin verification. Prior to that, they worked at IBM as an Assoc. Partner and Solution Specialist in the insurance division, where they assisted insurance organizations in leveraging IBM solutions for digital transformation and business ROI. Kimberley also served as the Global Practice Leader for Insurance Telematics at Cognizant, where they played a key role in the development of telematics and digital strategies in the insurance industry.

Earlier in their career, Gunther held various leadership roles at Majesco, Sutherland Global Services, Latitude Subrogation Services, Subrogation Partners/Capital Group, and Sitel. These positions involved responsibilities such as strategic alliances, business development, sales, and marketing in the insurance industry. Kimberley has a proven track record of building successful marketing and sales organizations, attracting Tier 1 accounts, and engaging cross-border clients.

Gunther's professional journey began as an entrepreneur, where they founded Subrogation Associates, Inc. and served as the President. Kimberley also held roles in insurance management, strategy consulting, and loss control. Additionally, Gunther has a background in music and has showcased their musical talents as a professional viola player, pianist, bass guitarist, and singer. Kimberley is known for their thought leadership on topics such as usage-based insurance and has spoken at numerous industry events in Europe, the US, and India.

Kimberley Gunther has a BA in Business - Organizational Behavior from Bethel University. Kimberley also has a graduate degree in Communications Broadcasting from Moody Bible Institute. In addition, they pursued graduate studies toward an MBA at Regis University.
