Ella Gross

Ella Gross has a diverse work experience. In 2023, they worked as a Customer Success Associate at Flo Recruit. In that same year, they interned at AspenRidge Recovery as a Clinical Psychology Intern, assisting with group therapy sessions and completing DAP notes. Ella also interned with the marketing department at AspenRidge, curating social media posts to raise brand awareness. From 2019 to 2023, they held multiple roles at Bumble, including Collegiate Community Director and Recruiter. In 2022, Ella worked as a Social Media Director at Beauty Oasis by Suterra, managing the Instagram account and interacting with followers. Additionally, they interned at Brand Innovators in 2022 as a Member Services Intern. In 2021, they served as an Undergraduate Research Fellow for Dr. Jessica K Witt, assisting with decision-making research. Prior to that, Ella worked as a Barista at Beantrees, Inc., providing customer service and food and coffee preparation.

Ella Gross completed their high school education at Anderson High School from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued AP and IB certificates and maintained a GPA of 3.8.

After graduating from high school, Ella enrolled at Colorado State University in 2019 to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree. Ella specialized in Psychology with a concentration in Clinical Counseling and obtained a minor in Philosophy. Ella is expected to complete their undergraduate studies in 2023.

Ella also obtained a certification for their Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University in May 2023.
