Madina Kabdualiyeva

Madina Kabdualiyeva is a skilled analytics professional with extensive experience in the HealthTech and FinTech sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Analytics and Insights Manager at Florence, a rapidly growing startup in the UK, Madina leads initiatives that connect independent healthcare professionals with care providers. Previously, Madina worked as an Insights Analyst at OSOME, an international FinTech startup that automates accounting and business processes for over 6,000 companies. Earlier career experiences include consulting at the Center for Research and Consulting in Kazakhstan and various data analysis roles at The Bulan Institute for Peace Innovations. Madina holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the Geneva Graduate Institute, a Master's degree in International Commerce from Seoul National University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Nazarbayev University, complemented by a summer program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
