Michelle Seibel, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Michelle currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Florence Corporation since April 2022. Prior to their current position, they were the Senior Manager of Human Resources at the same company since April 2020.
Before joining Florence Corporation, Michelle worked as the Director of Human Resources at CivicPlus from October 2017 to April 2020. Michelle also held leadership roles at Foot Locker, where they were the Senior Manager of Human Resources from August 2017 to October 2017, and the Manager of Human Resources from July 2015 to August 2017.

Earlier in their career, Michelle worked as a Senior Human Resources Representative at Saint Luke's Cushing Hospital from September 2006 to September 2013. Michelle also gained experience as a Customer Service Representative at MC Industies from January 2005 to February 2006, and as an Executive Recruiter at Premier Personnel from January 2004 to December 2004.

Michelle Seibel, SPHR, SHRM-SCP received a Bachelor of Science degree in Rhetoric and Speech Communication from Kansas State University. Additionally, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2014 and the SHRM-SCP Certification from SHRM in January 2015.
