Jennifer Reinecke has a diverse work experience spanning from 1999 to 2023. Jennifer started their career as a Registered Dietitian in the United States Air Force and Naval Medical Center San Diego. After that, they worked as an Account Manager at Novartis Medical Nutrition, where they effectively managed sales responsibilities and gained new market share. Jennifer then joined Hologic as an Interventional Sales Specialist, responsible for increasing territory growth in the medical equipment industry. Jennifer later took on the role of a Regional Business Manager at RedPath Integrated Pathology, where they focused on business development for a molecular diagnostics company. Jennifer then joined Salesforce as an Account Executive in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector, generating new business with existing customers. Jennifer continued their sales career at Medidata Solutions as a Global Account Manager, positioning the company's technology platform to effectively manage clinical trials. Jennifer subsequently worked at Benchling, first as an Enterprise Account Executive and then as a Sales Leader, Growth & Emerging. In addition, they co-led the Brainbow ERG, aiming to create an inclusive work culture that destigmatizes mental health in the workplace. Jennifer's most recent and current role is the Director of Business Development at Florence Healthcare.
Jennifer Reinecke earned a BS degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Bradley University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Later, they pursued an MBA at USC Marshall School of Business from 2007 to 2009. Prior to their university education, they attended Bolingbrook High School. Additionally, Jennifer obtained certifications such as Dare to Lead Certification from Dare to Lead™ Trained in 2023 and Leading Through Scale Graduate from Grilled Cheese Coaching Co. in 2021.
