Nikola Ilić

Nikola Ilić has a diverse work experience starting from 2018. Nikola began their career as a Junior Data Analyst at EyeSee in July 2018 and later transitioned to the role of Data Project Manager - Digital Team in February 2019. In October 2019, they left EyeSee. In 2019, Nikola joined Agile Humans as an Agile Humans Trainer. In 2020, they moved on to United.Cloud, where they worked as a Scrum Master from September 2020 to September 2021. Currently, since October 2021, Nikola has been employed at Florence Healthcare. Nikola started as a Scrum Master and has progressed to the positions of Senior Scrum Master and now holds the role of Lead Scrum Master.

Nikola Ilić earned a Bachelor's degree in Business administration and General Management from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences, where they studied from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Hybrid Team Collaboration, GCP for Clinical Trials with Investigational Drugs and Biologics, Health Privacy (HIPAA), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Google Analytics Individual Qualification, Certified LeSS Practitioner, Certified Agile and Scrum Product Owner, and INO.30NA - program za mlade inovatore.
