Andrés Fontenla

Andrés Fontenla is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Recarte & Fontenla since November 2016, Andrés specializes in the recruitment of executives and board members, as well as consulting on talent development and corporate governance. In November 2023, Andrés assumed the role of Presidente at CODESPA, focusing on poverty alleviation through market development and support for entrepreneurs in Ibero-America, Africa, and Asia. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Fontevalue Consulting, Korn Ferry, Catenon Worldwide Executive Search, immoeuro, and Randstad. Andrés holds various advanced degrees, including a Senior Management Program from IESE Business School and a Master’s in Commercial & Marketing Management from IE Business School.
