Jurgen van Den Heuvel

Jurgen van den Heuvel is a seasoned attorney currently serving as a Senior Associate and Advocate at Florent since July 2017. In addition, Jurgen is involved with ICC FraudNet, focusing on asset tracing and recovery as the Future for the Netherlands representative since November 2021. Jurgen has been a member of the editorial board for the Tijdschrift voor Curatoren since November 2018. Previous experience includes working as an Advocate at BLIX and serving as a Student Trainee at notable firms such as NautaDutilh. Jurgen founded and served as Treasurer and Legal Advisor for Rechtswinkel Eindhoven. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees in Law from the University of Minnesota Law School and Tilburg University, with recent specialization in Insolvency Law from Grotius Academie and ongoing studies at Erasmus School of Law in Financial Economics for Insolvency Lawyers.
