Mary Grace Hoehner (deKeratry)

Mary Grace Hoehner (deKeratry) began their work experience as a Registered Behavior Technician at Behavioral Innovations from February 2020 to April 2021. In 2021, they joined RethinkFirst as a Sales Manager, utilizing their knowledge and experience in the Behavioral Healthcare industry to sell software products to healthcare providers. Mary Grace effectively built interpersonal relationships with potential clients and successfully closed sales by understanding customer needs and the sales cycle.
