Manny's career began at The Walsh Group, where from April 2006 to October 2016, responsibilities included managing daily operations, coordinating contracts, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Early in the career, Manny worked as a Paint Prep specialist at D and D Kustom Collision from April 2003 to April 2006, focusing on vehicle preparation for painting. Manny holds a high school diploma from Stockbridge High School, completed between 2000 and 2004.
