Jeff Smalley

Jeff Smalley started their work experience in 1992 as a Sales and Operations Manager at Odwalla, where they worked until 2001. In 2002, they joined Florexpo LLC as the Director of Sales, a position they currently hold.

Jeff Smalley earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Recreation Systems Management from San Diego State University, where they attended from 1986 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, Jeff has obtained several certifications related to leadership and team management from LinkedIn. These certifications include "Leading Productive Meetings," "Leading Your Team Through Change," "Managing Team Conflict," and "Coaching and Developing Employees." These certifications were obtained between August 2022 and November 2022.
