Carmen Welch

Carmen Welch has extensive administrative experience, currently serving as a Program Assistant at Florida Atlantic University since August 2006. Prior to this role, Carmen was the Assistant Director at St. Luke Early Learning Center from September 1999 to March 2006. Earlier in career, Carmen worked as a Secretary at the Federal Reserve in Lima, Peru, from April 1984 to September 1995. Carmen holds a Diploma of Executive Secretary from the University of San Marcos, completed in 1973, and a High School Diploma from Reyna de las Americas, obtained in 1971.
