David Ramsey

David Ramsey is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in the mortgage banking and real estate investment sectors. Currently serving as the Director at Florida Bond and Mortgage since August 2012, David has contributed to the company's status as a full-service commercial mortgage banking and real estate advisory firm. Previously, David held the position of Commercial Loan Officer and also served as a Senior Financial Analyst, where responsibilities included underwriting over $1 billion in commercial property value and managing a $500 million debt portfolio. Earlier experience includes a role as a Staff Accountant at Keefe McCullough, where David focused on company/entity valuation and advanced financial analytics. David earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Florida State University in 2010.
