Samin Alam is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Realtor at Florida Capital Realty and Taylor Properties since May 2024 and December 2020 respectively, Samin is dedicated to assisting clients in making significant property purchases. As a Co-Owner of Throttle Rentals, LLC, Samin focuses on providing excellent rental experiences. Samin also holds managing member positions at Galactus Sales LLC and DL Property Holdings Group LLC, overseeing real estate transactions and property management for investment purposes. With a strong background in real estate investments demonstrated through Humble Abodes, LLC and Cityscape, LLC, which both emphasize tenant service and property renovations, Samin's career began at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Manager, developing a robust network in the finance sector.
