Neal McGarry possesses extensive experience in leadership roles within certification boards, serving as President & CEO of the Florida Certification Board since June 1992 and concurrently holding the same position at both the National Certification Board for Behavioral Health Professionals and the National Certification Board for Child Welfare Professionals since May 2021. McGarry's educational background includes a Bachelor Degree in Economics from Florida State University (1988 - 1990) and an Associate Arts degree from Broward College (1984 - 1988).
