Matt Repchak has extensive work experience in the sports and entertainment industry. Matt started their career at Chicago Rush Arena Football as a Communications Intern in 2005. Later that year, they joined Florida Citrus Sports, where they held a series of roles, including Communications Assistant, Communications Manager, Assistant Director of Communications, Assistant Director of Marketing Communications/Digital Media, Director of Digital Media, and Sr. Dir. of Marketing & Communications. In these roles, Matt was responsible for managing the organization's marketing, communications, and digital media efforts. Throughout their career, Matt has been involved in high-profile events such as the Vrbo Citrus Bowl, Cheez-It Bowl, Florida Blue Florida Classic, Camping World Kickoff, and Florida Cup.
Matt Repchak attended Northwestern University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications, including becoming a Section4 Certified Innovation Strategist in July 2021 and a Prof G Certified Brand Strategist in February 2021.
