Michael Caldwell

Michael Caldwell has extensive experience in business development, marketing, and sports broadcasting. Currently serving as the East Coast BDM/Specifier at Urban Surfaces since October 2022, Michael fosters partnerships in the multi-family and single-family markets. Prior roles include Director of Business Development and Marketing at Stinson’s Interior Solutions, various management positions at Mohawk Industries focusing on premium flooring materials, and a long-standing role as Public Address Announcer for Florida Citrus Sports since December 2000. Michael’s background also includes experience in sales and marketing at PennComm USA and Top of the World Communities, as well as teaching Algebra and Trigonometry at Dorman High School. Michael holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration and a BS in Management from Clemson University.
