Kimberly Krupa

Kimberly Krupa, Ph.D., is an experienced independent consultant and strategic advisor specializing in strategic planning, implementation science, and collaborative network building. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant at KAK Consulting and a Network Development and Engagement Consultant at the Florida College Access Network, Krupa has a proven history of enhancing organizational impact through operational strategies and partnership strengthening. Previous roles include Director of Programs and Performance at Escambia Children's Trust, Chief Strategy Officer at Community Action Program Committee, and Executive Director of Achieve Escambia, where focus areas included social justice and poverty alleviation.
