Carelle Bailey started with FCLF in 2011, and supports all aspects of the Finance Department including audit and compliance. She has over 16 years’ experience in accounting, banking and finance and has worked in the areas of travel and investment. Ms. Bailey earned a degree in Accounting from Florida Metropolitan University, and an MBA from Everest University.
