Rich currently serves as the Vice President of Mortgage/Consumer Lending at Florida Credit Union, where Rich leads a team dedicated to providing a strong member experience. Prior to their current role, Rich held various leadership positions at companies such as USF Federal Credit Union, Suncoast Credit Union, Bank of America, Cenlar FSB, JPMorgan Chase & Co., and Toll Brothers. Rich has also completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management.
