Mistie Columbus

Mistie Columbus has extensive work experience in the field of compensation and benefits management. Mistie started their career as a Compensation Analyst at Seton Family of Hospitals in 2005. From 2006 to 2008, they served as the Manager of Compensation & Benefits at the Health Care District of Palm Beach County. In 2008, Mistie joined Florida Power & Light as a Compensation Consultant II and quickly progressed to the role of Compensation Manager for Nuclear, Supply Chain, and Engineering & Construction. Mistie'sresponsibilities included managing compensation for major business units, partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, and overseeing approximately 4,500 employees. In 2014, Mistie joined Florida Crystals as the Compensation & Benefits Manager and later advanced to the position of Sr. Manager, Compensation. Since 2019, they have been serving as the Director of Total Rewards & HRIS at Florida Crystals.

Mistie Columbus completed their high school education at Lincoln High School. Mistie then pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General at Penn State University from 1992 to 1996. Following that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management from La Roche College between 2000 and 2002.
