Bernice McMillan

Bernice McMillan serves as the Workforce Training & Coordination Manager for both FloridaCommerce and the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity since May 2020. With extensive experience in workforce training and operations management, Bernice previously held the position of Operations & Management Consultant at the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation from September 2014 to May 2020. Additional roles include serving as a Life Coach and Consultant at Divine Revelations Ministries, Inc. and Training & Quality Supervisor at APAC Customer Services, starting in October 2001. Bernice co-chaired and managed projects at Cornhill Community for Change from February 1998 to January 2004, focusing on community empowerment. Academically, Bernice holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Governors University, along with various certifications in operations management and administrative sciences.
