Quinton Lightfoot has over two decades of experience in information technology and application development, primarily within state government agencies. Currently serving as the Chief of Reemployment Assistance IT Application Development at the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity since February 2018, Quinton has previously held roles including Deputy Chief and Application Support Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes various positions at the Florida Department of Revenue from January 2000 to February 2018, progressing from Computer Programmer to Revenue Program Administrator I. Quinton also served in the US Army as an Armor Crewman from July 1991 to July 1994. Academically, Quinton holds an Associate of Arts degree in Computer Programming and Applications from Tallahassee State College and completed studies at Lively Technical Center.
