William (Bill) Whittlesey has extensive experience in law enforcement and fraud investigation, currently serving as a Fraud Investigator with the Florida Department of Financial Services since November 2016. Prior to this role, Whittlesey worked for the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office from 1990 to 2016 in various capacities, including Police Officer Detective and Crime Scene Detective, responding to diverse incidents from minor offenses to serious crimes. Whittlesey possesses comprehensive skills in on-scene investigations and holds a Police Certification from the North East Florida Criminal Justice Training Center, awarded between 1990 and 1993.
