Karissa Perry

Karissa Perry, MBA, serves as the Ryan White Finance/Contract Manager at the Florida Department of Health in Volusia County, where responsibilities include developing annual spending plans for Area 12 HIV/AIDS funding and managing budgets and expenditures since May 2022. Previously, Karissa held multiple roles, including Chair Commissioner and Vice-Chair for the City of Surprise's Veteran, Disability & Human Services Commission, where a needs assessment and strategic plan were implemented under leadership. Experience extends to positions such as Bookstore Manager for Dysart Unified School District, Small Business Owner at MKAwesome LLC, Executive Assistant at the Arizona Department of Emergency and Military Affairs, Store Manager at Walgreens, and Family Readiness Group Leader for the 422nd HHD Signal Battalion.
