Vilma Quant is an experienced database administrator and consultant, currently working at the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles as a senior Oracle Database Administrator. Prior to this, Vilma has held positions at the Florida Department of State and Florida Department of Environmental Protection, where Vilma served as a database consultant and environmental consultant/STORET team lead respectively.
