Ashley Anderson

Ashley Anderson, PE, has extensive experience in civil engineering, primarily with the Florida Department of Transportation since July 2015, where current roles include Forecasting and Project Cost Engineer and Construction Final Estimates Engineer. Responsibilities involve directing a team of final estimate specialists, developing statewide processes and procedures, and providing technical assistance to various stakeholders. Prior experience at Atkins included roles as Construction Manager, Senior Office Engineer I, and Engineer I, with a focus on project administration and coordination with contractors on FDOT initiatives. Earlier experience includes a technical internship at PBS&J, supporting recommendations for contract time and constructability reviews. Ashley holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Florida State University and an AA in Pre-Engineering from Okaloosa Walton Community College.
