Joe Harper

Joe Harper is an experienced real estate professional with a robust background in appraisal and investment. Beginning an appraisal career as an apprentice at Garrett & Associates, Joe advanced to perform commercial and residential appraisals at Appraisal Consultation Group in Virginia. After relocating to Florida, Joe worked as an independent contractor before joining the Florida Department of Transportation in 2002, where responsibilities included estimating costs and appraising properties for the Work Program. Joe also served as a commercial real estate appraiser and successfully managed a portfolio of 18 single-family houses through the BRRRR investment strategy at Bartow Capital LLC from 2011 to 2019. A graduate of Longwood University, Joe holds a Bachelor's degree.
