Keith Robbins

Keith Robbins, PhD, serves as the District Safety Administrator at the Florida Department of Transportation since July 2014, where responsibilities include leading the development and assessment of the District Safety Program. Previously, Keith held the position of District Freight and Seaport Coordinator, acting as the primary contact for freight issues in District 1. Additionally, Keith is an Adjunct Instructor at South Florida State College, specializing in History and previously in Logistics and Transportation. Prior roles include Director of Business Development at Tapestry Solutions, Inc., and Director of the Command Transformation and Integration Office at the Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command. Keith has a distinguished military background with the US Army, serving in various logistics and command roles. Educational qualifications include a PhD in History with High Distinction from Liberty University, a Gold Certificate in Executive Knowledge Achievement from Washington University in St. Louis, two master's degrees in American History and Sports Administration, and a BA in History from The University of Georgia.
