Monika Iwanow

Monika Iwanow is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in engineering, marketing, and business operations. Currently serving as a Materials Specialist in Earthwork at the Florida Department of Transportation since January 2023, Monika previously worked as a Geotechnical Engineer at Test Lab, Inc., where responsibilities included testing geologic materials to ensure construction safety and suitability. Monika co-owned AL-EX of Tampa Bay Inc., a family-run used car sales business, and has experience in promotional roles, including Field Representative for tobacco brands and Brand Ambassador for BFG Communications, where brand knowledge and market insights were key. Early career includes various roles at Jimmy John's and as an Editor for Kandid Kids Photography, showcasing versatility and strong work ethic.
