Moya Bailey

Moya Bailey, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and consulting. As the Founder and CEO of BLKStreet since September 2016, Moya has also served as a Senior Management Consultant and Project Manager. Additionally, Moya has been a Project Consultant and Analyst for the Florida Department of Transportation since March 2018, focusing on the DBE Specialized Development Program in Southern Florida's Districts 4 & 6. Moya's project management expertise extends to Moore, Walters, & Associates as a Project Manager and to WolfCreek Consulting as a Business Development Consultant. Prior experience includes tutoring middle and high school students for over a decade and serving as the Public Relations and Marketing Director for the International Preschool Curriculum, where Moya successfully enhanced the client portfolio and managed marketing efforts. Moya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations/Image Management, English, and Political Science from the University of Miami.
