Xiaoxue Peng

Xiaoxue Peng, PE, currently serves as District Traffic Design Engineer at the Florida Department of Transportation since January 2023, having progressed through several roles within the agency. Additional experience includes ownership and founding of Greatwall Design, which specializes in express engineering and design services, and a civil engineering position at CLYMER FARNER BARLEY, Inc. from July 2022 to January 2023. Previously, Xiaoxue held multiple roles at the Connecticut Department of Transportation, encompassing responsibilities as ADA Engineer, Bridge Engineer, and Traffic Engineer. Early career was marked by positions at Permasteelisa Group, starting as an Engineer Intern and advancing to Structural Engineer Jr., engaging in façade cladding technology and structural analysis. Xiaoxue holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Central Connecticut State University. Major projects include contributions to notable institutions such as Yale University and Novartis.
